Raspberries and peaches, probably my two favorite fruits. In this preparation, I simply toss them together. Make sure the peaches are ripe.

Yield: Makes 2 servings
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
1/2 pint fresh raspberries, rinsed
2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
1/4 cup sugar
Whipped cream to taste
8 fresh mint leaves
Toss the raspberries, peaches, and sugar together in a serving bowl. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and scatter the mint leaves around and serve.
